Shipping, Returns and Policies

Stock Items:

Off the shelf or stock items (excluding engraved products) may be returned within 14 calendar days in new, unopened condition and original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for freight costs both directions. Please call or email for a return authorization prior to return. Items purchased in the "Outlet" section are considered a final sale.

Custom Orders:

Any new order for custom printed products will receive an emailed digital proof that must be approved prior to printing. Once a proof has been approved and/or production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Customer agrees they have read and understand our "Artwork Guidelines" for custom printed products.

Custom products (any item not considered stock) such as custom printed products, any requested alterations made to stock signs and all engraved products cannot be cancelled once a proof is approved and/or production has begun. Custom products cannot be returned unless a production error on the part of City Grafx was made. If a production error should occur, please contact us right away.


City Grafx is not responsible for incorrect addresses due to customer input error. Please double check that your shipping address is correct.

While we make every attempt to validate addresses prior to shipping, packages returned or re-routed due to incorrect address error are subject to the UPS RTS $18 fee. Customer is responsible for any re-shipment charges.

Please contact us right away if your order arrives damaged. Pictures of the shipping box/material as well as pictures of the damaged contents will be needed to process a damage claim. Please have those pictures ready to send to us when contacting.

All sales are final after 14 calendar days. Prices and product styles and product availability are subject to change with or without notice. City Grafx reserves the final decision regarding acceptance of returns.
